God’s Grace, God’s Justice, and God’s Hope
God does not withhold His grace based upon your behavior or condition of your heart for in your darkness his grace is ever seeking to draw your attention to His presence even in your rebellion. Anything less from God would be a failure of Heavenly justice. Grace extended does not mean grace embraced but offered none the less, in hope you will embrace the love of God.
Believe it or not, like it or not, God loves you, always has, and always will. We call that grace, in fact God loves you so much He stepped down from His throne in heaven put on flesh dwelt among the people of the first century without sin and allowed Himself to be offered up a sacrifice for your sin. The call of grace is to see Jesus on the cross His robe of flesh dying in your place taking on the penalty of your sin giving you an opportunity to find justice in the midst of a corrupt world.
Justice is a natural outcome of God’s grace. Grace continues to work in our lives seeking to elevate our lifestyles allowing us to see the injustice of the physical realm. In today’s society we struggle with self-serving politicians, self-centered preachers, and a legal system ruled by money each giving rise to social, political, and religious tyranny. In the Bible lifted from the pages of Isaiah we find this, “The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.” Walk the way of the world and you will never find the peace or justice. God offers you a path that is straight, though narrow, yet leads to inter peace and heavenly justice, but who do you trust? God! He has always offered hope to his people and wants you to not only come to know Him, but to let Him give you Justice in the midst of a corrupt world.
Do you find yourself wishing you had more or better opportunities? You see the world cannot fulfill the inter person for God designed each of us to be made complete by extending our faith or trust towards God embracing His gift of Grace letting the truth of God’s word usher in Justice then and only then do we become complete. God’s love completes us and with the power of the Holy Spirit we rise in faith coming to a place of hope. Not hope that may or may not come but hope that is promised and will be delivered hope that only God can give.
